How Swivot Works
Step 1: Create a Customer
After you create a customer, they will receive an email with a link to add their payment method on file. This can be a debit/credit card or bank account.
Step 2: Schedule a Job
Customer info is pre-filled, all you have to do is choose a job type, set the price, and choose a date. Your customer will receive an email letting them know the job has been scheduled.
Step 3: On the Job
When your technicican arrives, they simply click "Start Job." Afterwards, they upload any images and then click "Finish Job." That's it.
Step 4: Get Paid
As soon as your technician clicks "Finish Job," the payment is processed.
Step 5: Job Complete
Your customer automatically receives an email letting them know the job is complete with a link to view the uploaded images and their receipt.
